The City of Odessa has received Federal funding administered through the CARES Act to help provide relief and recovery assistance due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Odessa Board of Aldermen have allocated $50,000 of those funds to provide utility assistance to Odessa Municipal Utility customers.
