City of Odessa Annual Budget
The Board of Aldermen approves an annual Operating Budget and a 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan which serve as the City's financial and management plans. During the budget preparation process, the Board of Aldermen has multiple Budget Work Sessions where the proposed budget is discussed in detail including, revenue assumptions, proposed fee changes, the Capital Improvement Plan, the Transportation Plan, personnel assumptions and the Salary Compensation Schedule.
Board of Aldermen Budget Work Sessions occur in the months of February and March and the agendas and packets for those meetings can be found here.
