Bids may be submitted by clicking the SUBMIT button below. You may also submit your bid to info@cityofodessamo.com with the item number identified in the subject line. Or bids may be mailed to the Odessa City Hall, Attn: Shawna Davis, 228 S 2nd St, PO Box 128, Odessa, MO 64076 clearly marked with the bid item number.
The bidding process for all items will close at 10:00 pm on November 30, 2023.
All items are "as is" and will be awarded to the best bid submitted. If you have questions regarding the equipment or items, please contact Odessa City Hall at 816-230-5577. Your call will be directed to a staff member that can best answer.
The City of Odessa reserves the right to waive defects and informalities in proposals, to reject any or all proposals, or to accept any proposals as may be deemed in the best interest of the City, in its sole discretion. Any submission may be withdrawn at any time prior to the time specified herein for the opening of submissions, but no submission may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days thereafter. The City of Odessa will not be liable for any costs that a bidder may incur in the preparation of or presentation of the proposal, as well as, the collection or retrieval of items/equipment.
All items must be collected or retrieved by the bidder within 14 days of notification of winning bid.
All bids submitted are firm and final.
